They are Green. We are a cesspool of waste
A customer has recently launched a Green Initiative.
A big part of this is not printing anything they don't need to print.
For a recent training they sent electronic copies of the handouts to everyone planning on attending.
People printed them and brought them to the training.
The customer decided that this was not the right way to go about it, so they had a big meeting to come up with ideas of how to make the trainings more 'Green'.

After multiple hours of discussion and the sacrifice of many bagels, the answer is that I am to print out materials for 50 people and FedEx them across three states, using big trucks and jets.

Apparently, it is not what you do, it is what you say you do that makes you Green.

I hadn't realized we were a carbon offset.
Wonder if we can get a tax deduction for that?
